 30% protein + 60% carb + 10% fat = amplify

60% Protein + 30% Carbs + 10% Fat = Drying

 70% protein + 20% carb + 10% fat = high in fat

The most important sources of protein in animal meats are called animal proteins

  Chicken, meat, fish, milk and eggs

There are also plant proteins that are its sources

And egg white and chicken breast protein ranks as the best protein.

Fruits, dairy, honey, dates, rice and pasta

Sources of complex carbohydrates

Oats, brown rice, bread and potato


3 Healthy fats: 

They are foodstuffs that are considered the best source of energy and consist of some vitamins and hormones and work to raise the hormone testosterone in the body, which works to increase muscle growth and burn fat

Olive oil, coconut oil, egg yolks, fish oil, red meat, and the oils also found in nuts are the most important sources of healthy fats.
